Working Hours of the Workshop Manager / Service Manager / Workshop Controller / Fleet Manager:- Monday to Friday Days

Salary:- £32,000 - £34,000 DOE + Company Van

Our national fleet client are looking for a Workshop Manager / Service Manager / Workshop Controller / Fleet Manager to join their team in Bristol.

This role is working Monday to Friday days, with flexible working hours to suit the right candidate, paying £32,000 to £34,000 DOE.

Reporting to the Depot Manager, theWorkshop Manager / Service Manager / Workshop Controller / Fleet Manager is an integral role within a close friendly team.

Workshop Manager / Service Manager / Workshop Controller / Fleet Manager Duties:

·Working to targets for labour hours, costs and standard repair times
·Working to company KPI's
·Liaising with all other departments on progress of all work
·Authorising extensions for jobs
·Quality checking all work and job packs
·Maintaining Health and Safety at all times in the workshop
·Driving consistently high performance within the depot
·Ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained at all times
·Ensuring Health and Safety is maintained at all times

Workshop Manager / Service Manager / Workshop Controller / Fleet Manager Skills and experience:

·Experience working within a Workshop Manager role within commercial vehicle workshop
·A strong mechanical understanding
·Ability to control costs
·An approachable and helpful manner when dealing with other staff members
·Health and Safety qualifications
