Currently importing and distributing a small volume of unique petrol vehicles, they are building up a network that will grow across Europe with a new range of vehicles yet to arrive. The start up team is very small and their ambitions are to work in the new Motor Trade, however that may be in the future right across Europe, so promotion and growth will be exponential for keen, enthusiastic and hard working applicants. The General Office Manager / Operations Manager / Administration Manager must be able to travel if required for promotional events later in the development of the company and would be required initially to work in different parts of the business with everyone else whilst it grows. The General Office Manager / Operations Manager will assist with: ·Creating and maintaining an administrative system at head office which will include a new computer system ·Controlling parts, service, sales and general management whilst interacting with the remotely situated team ·Data input and invoice detailing assisting the accountants and bookkeeper ·Look after and manage the contractors, service suppliers, customers, vehicles and technical information both electronically and manually as a backup with original documentation ·Management of vehicles from dock movement, logistics, pre delivery instructions, customer delivery, registration and warranty maintenance during the low volume sales time whilst also testing the systems ·Admin support for the team when necessary, meaning working times can be flexible but stability and contact ability is paramount ·Microsoft package knowledge is essential with a reasonable level of skill This is an advantageous time to join this company as a General Manager / Operations Manager / Administration Manager as you would be joining a company at its grass roots to grow with the expansion of the activities in a short space of time.
