Monday - Friday days - 45 hours

My client is looking for a Workshop Controller / Service Manager / Workshop Manager / Fleet Manager / Fleet Engineer / HGV Foreman / HGV Supervisor to join their busy team in Slough area. 
You will be working for one of the largest truck rental companies in Europe.

As a Workshop Controller / Service Manager / Workshop Manager / Fleet Manager / Fleet Engineer / HGV Foreman / HGV Supervisor you will be overseeing the workshop This is an excellent opportunity for a Qualified HGV Technician / Supervisor to enhance your career.
This role is crucial to the success of the Service Department. You will be expected to manage and delegate work to the Vehicle Technicians / Mechanics in the workshop, ensuring work is running smoothly and to a high level of efficiency whilst making sure targets are met.

The Workshop Controller / Service Manager / Workshop Manager / Fleet Manager / Fleet Engineer / HGV Foreman / HGV Supervisor role involves:

·Be responsible for the day to day running of the workshop
·Organising a large team of technicians
·Maintaining and controlling the productivity of a busy workshop
·Ensuring that commercial and operational requirements are considered at all times
·Meeting customer expectations for repair times of vehicles
·Assessing the jobs carried out by technicians
·Contact with customers/suppliers
·Validating suppliers invoices

·Level 3 or equivalent
·Class 1 licence
·Previous supervisory role
