Location: South Normanton

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday

06:00 - 14:30 or 07:00 - 15:30

£11.50 an hour plus overtime at 1.5 Hourly rate

My client, the UK's leading franchise Commercial Vehicle Dealer is looking for an experienced Panel Beater / Strip Fitter / Prepper to compliment their close knit team in Alfreton.

You will be working as part of a small team where everyone helps each other out. So good all round experience and knowledge of Panel Beating / Strip Fitting / Prepping is going to be essential for this role.

Main Duties for Panel Beater / Strip Fitter / Prepper to include:

·Assess a variety of damaged vehicles in order to determine the best course of action to repair.
·Repair rusted parts of the vehicle.
·Remove dents.
·Repair minor scratches.
·Strip damaged areas of the vehicle.
·Weld new or repaired panels into place.
·Ensure that the finished repair corresponds with the rest of the vehicle or prepare the surface for re-spray.
·Complete accurate records of jobs.

Ideal Panel Beater / Strip Fitter / Prepper would have the following:

·Must have appropriate qualifications/training certificates in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
·Attention to detail
·Excellent communication skills
·Logical mind-set
