Service Advisor
Basic Salary: £29,000
OTE : £36,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30-5pm, Saturday's on rota
Location: Gateshead
 
This is a temporary position to provide cover for staff sickness. When the permanent employee returns, there will be the opportunity for a transfer to another site within the group, offering longer-term prospects.

Responsibilities of a Service Advisor
·Arranging Service Department bookings.
·Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
·Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans
 
Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor
·Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Previous experience Upselling  
·Full manual UK Driving License - Subject to drivers check
