Service Advisor | Main Car Dealer
Basic Salary & OTE: Up to £32,000 Depending on Experience
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:30 & Saturday 08:30 - 13:00 on Rota
Location: Northampton

Responsibilities of a Service Advisor
·Arranging Service Department bookings.
·Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
·Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans
 
Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor
·Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Previous experience Upselling  
·Full manual UK Driving License - Subject to drivers check
