Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm Saturday on Rota 8:00am - 1:00pm
Location: Northampton

Are you an enthusiastic, team player, hard working Service Advisor looking for a new opportunity within a Prestige Car Dealership?
 
Responsibilities of a Service Advisor
·Arranging Service Department bookings.
·Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
·Liaising with technicians and workshop control to keep customers updated
·Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans
 
Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor
·Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Previous experience Upselling  
·Full manual UK Driving Licence
