Salary for MET Technician / Commercial MET Technician / MET Strip Fitter / Bodybuilder / Panel Beater: £33,000pa up to £38,000pa + plus 6 monthly BONUS & OTE
(pay up to £16 per hour)

Working hours for the MET Technician / Commercial MET Technician / MET Strip Fitter / Bodybuilder / Panel Beater:
Monday to Friday 7:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday 7:00am - 12pm

Our client is currently looking for a Commercial MET Technician / MET Technician / Commercial MET Technician / MET Strip Fitter / Bodybuilder / Panel Beatert o join their team in the South East London area - Bexley.

As a MET Technician / Commercial MET Technician / MET Strip Fitter / Bodybuilder / Panel Beater you will be repairing damaged commercial vehicles in line with the manufacturer’s specifications, utilising modern equipment and techniques. You will be expected to carry out warranty, transit damage and used commercial vehicle, van and car repairs using factory approved products and techniques.
You will also need to know and be aware of the products whilst following the correct repair techniques.

Essential Skills & Qualifications for MET Technician / Commercial MET Technician / MET Strip Fitter / Bodybuilder / Panel Beater role:

·You will have served a recognised apprenticeship as a MET Technician and gained a technical qualification (such as NVQ / VCQ / SVQ / ATA).
·You must have previous experience working as a Commercial Vehicle MET Technician within a busy body shop and be a strong team player with a self-motivation.
·You will work to the highest standard and demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of commercial vehicle repair techniques.
