Job Title: Master Technician
Location: Slough
Salary: Basic £45,000 | OTE £57,000
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8am till 5.30pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am till 12pm

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Master Technician or Senior Vehicle Technician looking to take the next step in their career. This role offers the chance to take ownership, support workshop operations, and help drive the business forward within a reputable dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities
·Provide high-level technical support to the workshop and service teams
·Diagnose and repair highly complex mechanical and electrical faults
·Carry out advanced diagnostic and repair work to manufacturer standards
·Assist and mentor junior technicians when required
·Ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with quality standards
 
Skills & Qualifications
·NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
·Proven experience as a Senior Vehicle Technician or Master Technician
·Strong diagnostic skills with a flexible, problem-solving mindset
·Experience within a franchised dealership or large independent workshop
·Full clean UK Driving Licence (subject to licence checks)
