Location of the General Manager / Dealerpoint Manager / Fleet Manager: Kings Sutton Oxfordshire

Salary of the General Manager / Dealerpoint Manager / Fleet Manager: £45000.00 basic (negotiable on experience could be higher) OTE of £60000.00

My client, one of the worlds leading manufacturers of trucks, buses and equipment are looking for a General Manager / Dealerpoint Manager / Fleet Manager.

This brand has been up over decades and is one of the worlds best known and respected brand within the commercial vehicle industry.

As a General Manager / Dealerpoint Manager / Fleet Manager you will be responsible for strategic business development and operations of the Dealer. You will have full P&L responsibility. The role also encompasses H&S, customer relationship management, control of operational efficiencies, driving high quality processes and staff management and development. As the General Manager / Dealerpoint Manager / Fleet Manager you will be the driving force in building on existing partnership that our customers currently enjoy with the brand Trucks, products and services.

Experience required for the General Manager / Dealerpoint Manager / Fleet Manager:

·Strong customer orientation
·Proven people management and leadership skills
·Financial and commercial acumen
·Ability to manager and sustain a profitable business
·Maintain energy levels and apply professional discipline
·Experience of working at a similar level within a Commercial vehicle industry
·HGV / PSV or Fleet management
·Ability to demonstrate your knowledge, skills, and achievements in a successful retail and service management position
·Excellent communication skills
