Duties of the Commercial Vehicle Bodybuilder:

·Carrying out HGV trailer, body and chassis repairs
·Working with metals, steel and ally
·Repairing GRP panels and light weight panels
·Fabrication, cutting, grinding and fitting of various components
·Carrying out MIG and ARC welding on vehicles and trailers
·Preparation of various vehicles and trailers for refurbishment
·Using various power tools and occasionally working from ladders
·Complying with the relevant Health and Safety requirements including the correct use of PPE

The Coachbuilder / Commercial Vehicle Bodybuilder needs:

·Previous experience in Commercial Vehicle repairs
·Ability to work as part of a team
·Fabricating & welding experience an advantage
·To be able to follow instructions and abide by Health and Safety regulations
