Bodyshop /Fabrication Manager
Our client, a well-established name in the motor industry, are looking for an experienced Bodyshop/Fabricator Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities of a Bodyshop/Fabricator Manager:
·Managing a team of up to 10
·Manual tasks within the workshop
·Correspond with both customers and suppliers
·Daily administration
·Work in a team, as well as individually
·Ensuring the workshop is run smoothly
Requirements for a Bodyshop/Fabricator Manager: 
·Great Organisational skills
·People management skills
·Teamwork building
·Previous experience within an automotive Bodyshop
·Previous managerial experience
·Familiarisation with traditional welding, fabrication and panel beating (desirable)
·Ability to perform manual tasks in the workshop
·Good work ethic and attention to detail
·Good administration skills, as well as great communication skills, both written and verbal
·IT experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
·Exceptional customer service skills, and able to communicate well with both customers and clients.
·Strong interest in classic cars
