ASSISTANT AFTERSALES MANAGER
Assistant Aftersales Manager required for our in Essex.

Basic Salary £27,000pa - £30,000pa BONUS & OTE

Our client is looking for a process driven and proactive Assistant Aftersales Manager to join and assist their team, motivating the service department and ensuring efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements with their best interest as your priority.

As an Assistant Aftersales Manager you will need to be a strong performer who is able to monitor managing a team whilst hitting your own daily target. This will include managing the service team and coordinating an organised and cost-effective process for aftersales and servicing of vehicles, ensuring all details are communicated through to the workshop in an efficient manner. You will also be working to maximise performance and overcome challenges, by growing retail service and improving efficiency within the vehicle repair workshop.

Working Hours Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm. Saturdays (rotational)

Essential Skills & Qualifications of an Assistant AfterSales Manager:

·Must have 3 years minimum experience as an Parts or Service or Assistant Aftersales Manager is essential
·Strong leadership and evidence of outstanding customer service
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·The ability to motivate and inspire a team in a target driven environment
