Yard Operative

Yard Operative  £22, 800 No Weekends- Dartford
 8AM -5PM / 12PM TO 8PM - Rotating shifts 
 
My client is recruiting for a Shift Driver/ Yard hand to join their busy team at their Dartford Depot to assist and ensure that vehicles are collected and delivered for inspection and that the yard is kept nice and tidy whilst seeing in customers.

The role is to work within the depot dealing with the fleet ensuring they are all prepared for their next days work on the road.
 
Main duties of theShift Driver/ Yard hand:
 
·Moving all vehicles around our yard and into the workshop - this is the primary function and can get very busy at times.
·Signing vehicles in and out of the business
·Ensuring safe parking and storage on site
·Liaising with Service Reception and Workshop Controllers for keys and vehicles
·Returning vehicles back to the customers
 
Requirements for the Late Shift Driver/ Yard hand:
 
·Team player who can work unsupervised
·Previous experience in a similar role
·Hold a full car licence
·Minimum of HGV Class 2 licence
