WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR


Workshop Supervisor required to join a thriving Commercial Company, located in Caldicot.

Monday - Friday! £34,000 +
2 Week Rotating shift pattern
Every other saturday paid as over time

·Are you an experienced commercial vehicle workshop supervisor looking to positively influence a group of motivated technicians and a top of the range workshop?
·Are you confident in your ability to supervise a workshop whilst being 60% on tools and 40% on administration?

A new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Workshop Supervisor has arisen for an extremely successful Commercial Vehicle Franchise, based in Caldicot.

This is an opportunity for a commercial workshop supervisor to really make it their own position in helping to support the company in driving the business forward through supervising the workshop and helping the service team.

You will need to be fully experienced in the field as you will be supervising, influencing and motivating your team to ensure the company thrives, whilst being 60% on tools & 40% on admin!

Van will be included after successful 6 month probation period.



Essential Skills & Qualifications for this Workshop Supervisor role:
·NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Goods Maintenance and Repair.
·A can-do attitude, impeccable organisational skills, confidence and commitment.
·Flexible approach to work and a full understanding of customer satisfaction.
·A genuine interest in ensuring you and your service team perform at the best of their ability.
·Having previous experience in an automotive supervising role or similar.
·Full clean UK Driving Licence Including HGV
