Salary: £36k to £40k- OTE £45,000 Per Annum
Monday - Friday straight day shift, Saturday Mornings when required
Workshop Controller needed in Manchester
 
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Workshop Controller looking to join our popular Commercial Vehicle Client.

To be considered for this role, you will need previous Workshop Controller experience as this is an incredibly busy Commercial Workshop and you will be controlling 13 - 14 HGV Technicians on a day to day basis.
 
Workshop Controller Main Duties;
·Ensure strong communication between Service Advisers and Technicians
·To control the flow and work completed by Technicians
·To ensure the quality of the work completed by Technicians  
·To ensure client collection times are met and any problems are raised with the Service team
·To identify the best Technician for the work required
·To ensure workshop targets are met
·To support Technicians
·To understand and overlook warranty procedures
·Complete invoicing
·To ensure client satisfaction is maintained at a high level
·Responsible for workshop security (unlocking and locking)
 
Workshop Controller Essentials;
·Previous Workshop Controller experience
·Able to remain calm in high pressured environments
·Strong leadership skills
·Technical and Automotive knowledge
