My client within the commercial automotive industry are currently recruiting a talented Welder fabricator / Coachbuilder / Welder / Fabricator to join their Service Department in the Motherwell area. The role will be predominately be welding and fabricating commercial trailers

To maintain and repair to a measured quality standard, the Heavy Goods trailers of our client’s fleet and its customers own trailers at our client’s cutting edge workshops.

Responsibilities of a Welder fabricator / Welder / Fabricator

·Body Repairs
·Fabrication
·Strip/fit
·Prepping
·Efficient and conscientious worker
·Carry out re-chassis work and light fabrication work.
·Experience of MIG & TIG
·Alongside the above roles you will be required to get involved with other aspects of the repairs as required including general workshop duties.



Qualifications / Requirements for this Welder fabricator / Welder / Fabricator

·Abilities or qualification in welding MIG and TIG essential.
·Ideally have full clean licence
·The ability to do prep work and any strip / fitting will be favourable
·Experience working on Commercial Vehicles would be a distinct advantage for this role
·Experience working in Aluminium is beneficial
·Working with mild steel / stainless may be required


Overtime + Private health care + Attendance Bonus paid quarterly + buy and sell additional holidays
