Vehicle Mechanic / Car Technician
Location: Coventry CV3
Salary: Up to £38,766 Basic + OTE up to £48,000
Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:30 + Saturday on rota
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Mechanic / Automotive Technician / Car Mechanic / Motor Vehicle Technician to join our busy dealership workshop in Coventry. The Role
As a key member of our workshop team, you'll be responsible for ensuring vehicles are serviced, maintained, and repaired to the highest standards.
Your Responsibilities Include:
·Diagnostics: Using the latest diagnostic tools to identify faults.
·Maintenance: Performing servicing, cam belts, and general repairs to manufacturer standards.
·Quality: accurately documenting service work and video health checks (VHCs).
·Safety: ensuring all vehicles meet safety and VOSA standards.


Skills & Qualifications Required
·NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or City & Guilds equivalent) - essential
·Minimum 2 years' experience as a Vehicle Mechanic / Automotive Technician / Car Mechanic
·Own comprehensive tool kit required
·Full UK manual driving licence (licence checks apply)
·Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
·Desirable: MOT Tester licence
