VEHICLE TECHNICIAN

Vehicle Technician required for a main dealership in Bury St Edmunds

Basic Salary: £20,000pa - £26,000pa BONUS/OTE: up to £29,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm / Saturdays (alternate) 8.30am – 12.30pm

The right candidate for the role will be self-motivated, consistent and adaptable Vehicle Technician with an attention to detail in all their work.

The job role requires you to have a Level 3 qualification as a Vehicle Technician with previous dealership experience. You will be obligated to work in ranges from servicing a vehicle to general vehicle repairs and MOT Testing. You must be able to work within a dealership environment as part of an active and busy team, with good technical skills and an adaptable, steady head when faced with a heavy work-load whilst working alone or as part of the team.

Skills and Qualifications of a Vehicle Technician:

·NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
·At least 10 years technician experience in the automotive industry
·Flexible approach to work and a full understanding of customer satisfaction
·Have skills in many areas – general services, MOT, basic diagnostics etc
·Good attitude and a time-conscious individual
·Valid MOT License
·Full clean UK Driving Licence
