Basic Salary – £24,000
Hours:Monday to Friday 08:30-18:00
Location - Cumbria

No Weekends

Our client is looking for a candidate within the motor industry to join their successful team as Vehicle Pregressor. The Vehicle Progressor will have a major part to play in achieving success by providing a professional service to all customers and supporting the Sales Consultants.

Responsibilities of a Handover Specialist:
·Processing delivery arrangements
·Maintaining Online Presence
·Ensuring funds are cleared and received
·Liaising Between Department
·Maintaining customer retention
·Overseeing full Vehicle Journey from start to finish

Skills and Qualifications of a Handover Specialist:
·Sales Support/Customer Service Environment
·Automotive experience (not essential)
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·Good Numeracy skills
·Organised
·Passion for customer service
