VAN SALES MANAGER

Basic Salary –  40K plus Commission
Working Hours - Monday to Friday 08:30 – 5:30 Saturday on a rota with a day off in the week
Location – Hatfield

Our client, a highly successful commercial main dealership is seeking a sales manager for their busy, faced paced Van centre based in Hatfield.

Responsibilities of a Van Sales Manager/Sales Manager

·Manage the Sales Team.
·Maintain contact throughout the sales and pre-delivery process.
·Go above and beyond to make sure that every customer’s experience of the dealership is exceptional.
·You will manage all sales appointments in a professional manner, consistently providing high quality test drive experiences.
·Deliver on your sales targets.

Skills and Qualifications of a Van Sales Manager/Sales Manager

·Sales Manager Experience in a main commercial dealership
·Demonstrate a stable career path / longevity within previous roles
·Evidence of managing a team productively
·Proven track record of hitting targets / managing improvements within the sales team
·Valid UK driving licence 
·Proactive and driven to support the team
