VAN MECHANIC
 
Salary - £43,000pa OTE
Working Hours - Week 1 Monday-Friday 06:00-14:30, Week 2 14:00-22:30 + Saturday Morning at overtime rate
Location - West Thurrock
 
Motivated and Enthusiastic Van Mechanic for our successful client.
 
As an Van Mechanic you will need to service and repair vehicles in a safe and economical manner employing such skills and knowledge as may be required, including the ability to diagnose fault with the minimum supervision.
 
Responsibilities of a Van Mechanic
·Vehicle Inspections
·General Servicing
·Correction / repair of vehicle defects
·Engine / Gearbox repairs & overhauls
·MOT Preparation / Presentation
·Completion of all required paperwork

Skills and Qualifications of a Van Mechanic
·Required to work in busy workshop
·Must be conversant with current working methods, including MOT Preparation and Vehicle diagnostics
·Work to include carrying out service and maintenance of customers vehicles
·Experience of on-site inspections and attending breakdowns preferable
·Driving licence Essential
