CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR - AUTOMOTIVE
Salary - £25,962pa
Working Hours - Monday-Friday 08:00-16:15 OR 09:15-18:00
Location - Heathrow
Organised and energetic Customer Service Advisor required for a high-volume workshop within the Automotive sector.
As our clients Customer Service Advisor, you will assist the Depot Manager to manage the workshop to ensure a profitable & efficient site that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor
·Update job times for fitters for each job worked on from clock cards.
·Ensure that the parts are available for the job at the correct time
·Ensure parts used are booked out accurately to the job.
·Liaise with customers regarding scheduling and completion of work.
·Update customers regarding any extra authority required and forwarding estimates as required.
·Answering the telephone and dealing with queries.
Skills and Qualifications of a Customer Service Advisor
·Excellent organisational skills
·Previous administration experience advantageous
·Good knowledge of IT Office software
·A keen eye for detail
