Location: Park Royal
Salary: £23,000pa up to £25,000pa + OTE

Working hours:
Monday to Friday 7:00am – 5:00pm (negotiable - No Saturdays)

Our client requires an experienced Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor / Service Advisor / Service Manager / Customer Service Advisor / Service Administrator for their Depot in the London.

Responsibilities as a Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor / Service Advisor / Service Manager / Customer Service Advisor / Service Administrator is to:

·Writing orders for repair work
·Monitoring the repair process and keeping all customers informed.
·Up selling after sales services
·Ensuring workshop is working to 100% productivity by scheduling customer orders

Key requirements as a Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor / Service Advisor / Service Manager / Customer Service Advisor / Service Administrator that has: 

·Excellent communication skills
·Second to none Customer Service skills
·Enthusiasm and is hard working
·Self-motivated and a team player
·Previous Technical / Mechanical background would be a clear advantage
·Motor trade experience is essential
