Basic Salary: £28,100
OTE : £35,000
Hours: 45 Hours per week, 1 Saturday per month
Location: Stockport

Responsibilities of a Service Advisor
·Arranging Service Department bookings.
·Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
·Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans
 
Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor
·Have previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferable but not essential as long as you have the drive to learn and have strong customer service skills.
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Previous experience Upselling if you have automotive experience
·Full manual UK Driving License - Subject to drivers check
