Responsibilities of a Service Advisor
·Arranging Service Department bookings.
·Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
·Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans
 
Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor
·Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor within a Main Car Dealership
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Previous experience Upselling  
·MUST HAVE Full manual UK Driving License - Subject to drivers check
