OTE - £28,400
Location - Wakefield
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00-17:30, 1 in 3 Saturdays 08:00-12:30

Are you an enthusiastic, team player, hard working Service Advisor looking for a new opportunity within a Car Dealership?

Responsibilities of a Service Advisor
- Arranging Service Department bookings.
- Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
- Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans
- Advising customers of ongoing repairs
- Endure elements of invoicing through 1link, Pinnacle etc
 
Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor
- 1 year customer service experience
- Automotive experience desired but not essential
- Full manual UK Driving Licence
- Good telephone skills
