Service Advisor
Basic Salary - £28,000 - £30,000 + Bonus
Hours - Monday - Friday 8am till 6pm and 1 in 2 Saturdays 8am till 1pm (paid as overtime)
Location - Maidenhead

Responsibilities of a Service Advisor
Arranging Service Department bookings.
Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans
 
Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor
Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor
Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
Previous experience Upselling  
Full manual UK Driving Licence
