SERVICE ADVISOR
 
Salary: Up to £28,000 pa
Working Hours:Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:30  &
1 in 2 Saturdays - 08:00 - 12:00 paid at overtime rate
Location:Cardiff

Our client requires a Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor / Service Advisor / Service Manager for their Depot.
Will be looking to provide training if required.*
 
Responsibilities of a Service Advisor
·Writing orders for repair work
·Monitoring the repair process and keeping all customers informed.
·Up selling after sales services
·Ensuring workshop is working to 100% productivity by scheduling customer orders.
 
Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor 
·Excellent communication skills
·Second to none Customer Service skills
·Enthusiasm and is hard working.
·Self-motivated and a team player
·Previous Technical / Mechanical background would be a clear advantage.
·Motor trade experience is essential.
