Basic Salary: £27,000pa
Working Hours: Monday-Friday - 07:00-16:30
Location: Droitwich
 
My client is seeking a service advisor with prior experience in the automotive industry who is able to provide a courteous and efficient service ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
 
Responsibilities of a Service Advisor
·Truck service scheduling
·MOT bookings in line with the manufacturer's guidelines and recommendations
·Monitoring the repair process and keeping customers informed appropriately
·A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
·Excellent time management, organisational and IT skills
 
Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor
·Experience of working in an automotive environment
·Excellent customer service skills
·Knowledge of working with databases
·Strong attention to detail
·Technical background desirable
