Service Advisor

SERVICE ADVISOR
Our client requires an experienced Service based Advisor role for their Depot in Reading.
 
Basic Salary - £30,000 + £4000 In Bonus
Working Hours - Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00 Or 07:00-16:00 With 1 Hour Lunch
 
 
My client has a big emphasis on finding the 'right candidate' for this role. Previous commercial experience isn't required although would put you in a strong position, they are willing to provide strong support and training for the role to put you in good stead for beginning a new career and building a better future.
 
 
Responsibilities of a Service Advisor
·Writing orders for repair work
·Monitoring the repair process and keeping all customers informed.
·Up selling after sales services
·Ensuring workshop is working to 100% productivity by scheduling customer orders
 
Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor 
·Excellent communication skills
·Second to none Customer Service skills
·Enthusiasm and is hard working
·Self-motivated and a team player
·Previous Technical / Mechanical background would be a clear advantage
