Our client requires an experienced Commercial Vehicle Service / Advisor Service Advisor
**My Client has remained open and very busy during the ongoing pandemic & currently recruiting due to demand**
Responsibilities of a Service Advisor / Service Receptionist

·Writing orders for repair work
·Monitoring the repair process and keeping all customers informed.
·Up selling after sales services
·Arrange schedules for MOT/Vehicle inspections
·Ensuring workshop is working to 100% productivity by scheduling customer orders
·Monitoring whether repairs are being carried out to the required delivery time
·Provide advice on warranties and service requirements
·Discussing and arranging payment with customers


Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor / Service Receptionist

·Excellent communication skills
·Second to none Customer Service skills
·Enthusiasm and is hard working
·Self-motivated and a team player
·Previous service advisor experience essential
·Kerridge
·Driving licence
