Salary for Service Advisor / Service Reception / Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor / HGV Service Advisor: £25,000.00 - £26,000.00

Working hours for the Service Advisor / Service Reception / Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor / HGV Service Advisor: Monday - Friday


Our client requires an experienced Service Advisor / Service Reception / Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor / HGV Service Advisor for their Depot in the Heathrow area.
As a Service Advisor / Service Reception / Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor / HGV Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers and as such, you'll by an important ambassador for the Group.

Responsibilities as a Service Advisor / Service Reception / Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor / HGV Service Advisor is to:

·Writing orders for repair work
·Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the telephone
·Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service in line with Group and Manufacturer standards
·Monitoring the repair process and keeping all customers informed.
·Up selling after sales services
·Ensuring workshop is working to 100% productivity by scheduling customer orders

Key requirements as a Service Advisor / Service Reception / Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor / HGV Service Advisor:

·Excellent communication skills
·Experience as a Service Advisor
·Second to none Customer Service skills
·HGV or commercial experience would be ideal and preferred
·Enthusiasm and is hard working
·Self-motivated and a team player
·Previous Technical / Mechanical background would be a clear advantage
·Motor trade experience is essential
·Kerridge experience is a clear advantage
·A full valid UK driving licence
·Unlimited confidence, resilience, drive, energy and talent
