My client requires an experienced Commercial Service Advisor / Service Receptionist / Service Team Leader for their Depot in Greater Manchester.

Responsibilities of a Service Advisor / Service Receptionist / Service Team Leader

·Writing orders for repair work
·Monitoring the repair process and keeping all customers informed.
·Up selling after sales services
·Arrange schedules for MOT/Vehicle inspections
·Ensuring workshop is working to 100% productivity by scheduling customer orders
·Monitoring whether repairs are being carried out to the required delivery time
·Provide advice on warranties and service requirements
·Discussing and arranging payment with customers


Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor / Service Receptionist / Service Team Leader

·Excellent communication skills
·Second to none Customer Service skills
·Enthusiasm and is hard working
·Self-motivated and a team player
·Previous Technical / Mechanical background is essential
·Motor trade experience is essential
·Kerridge experience essential/ADP experience preferred
