SERVICE ADVISOR



Salary – £21,000pa

Working Hours for the Service Advisor / Service Receptionist / Customer Service Executive / Advisor / Receptionist:
Monday to Friday 8.00am - 17.30pm and alternative Saturdays 8.00am - 12.00pm

Location - Redbridge

Our client requires an experienced Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor / Service Advisor / Service Manager for their Redbidge Depot.


Responsibilities for the Service Advisor / Service Receptionist / Customer Service Executive / Advisor / Receptionist:

·Writing orders for repair work
·Monitoring the repair process and keeping all customers informed.
·Up selling after sales services
·Ensuring workshop is working to 100% productivity by scheduling customer orders



Skills and Qualifications for the Service Advisor / Service Receptionist / Customer Service Executive / Advisor / Receptionist:

·Excellent communication skills
·Second to none Customer Service skills
·Enthusiasm and is hard working
·Self-motivated and a team player
·Previous Technical / Mechanical background would be a clear advantage
·Motor trade experience is essential
