Location: West Thurrock

Salary for Service Advisor / Service Reception: up to £25,000pa + annual bonus of £1950.00 paid quarterly

Working hours for the Service Advisor / Service Reception will be 40 hours a week


Our client requires an experienced Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor / Service Advisor / Service Reception for their Depot in the West Thurrock.

Responsibilities as a Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor / Service Advisor / Service Reception is to:

·Writing orders for repair work
·Monitoring the repair process and keeping all customers informed.
·Up selling after sales services
·Ensuring workshop is working to 100% productivity by scheduling customer orders

Key requirements as a Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor / Service Advisor / Service Reception:

·Excellent communication skills
·Second to none Customer Service skills
·Enthusiasm and is hard working
·Self-motivated and a team player
·Previous Technical / Mechanical background would be a clear advantage
·Motor trade experience is essential
·Kerridge experience is a clear advantage
