SERVICE ADVISOR

Salary – £26,000pa up to £27,000pa + 2k Bonus   - plus Overtime
Working Hours – Monday to Friday 08.30am – 18.00pm & Saturday 1 in 3
Location – Croydon

Our client requires an experienced Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor / Service Advisor / Service Administrator for their Depot.

Responsibilities as a Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor / Service Advisor / Service Administrator is to:

·Writing orders for repair work
·Monitoring the repair process and keeping all customers informed.
·Up selling after sales services
·Ensuring workshop is working to 100% productivity by scheduling customer orders
·Raising jobs cards
·Communicating effectively with the workshop and technicians

Key requirements as a Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor / Service Advisor / Service Administrator that has: 

·Excellent communication skills
·Second to none Customer Service skills
·Enthusiasm and is hard working
·Self-motivated and a team player
·Previous Technical / Mechanical background would be a clear advantage
·Motor trade experience is essential
