Working Hours - Monday - Friday 0800am - 1800pm
1 in 3 Saturday Morning 7am - 12Miday (Paid at Time & Half)

Our client requires an experienced Service Administrator / Service Reception for the Haydock depot
Responsibilities of a Service Administrator / Service Reception
 
·Raise and Allocate Job cards
·Ensure all invoiced job packs are completed correctly
·Obtain and update order numbers
·To resolve account queries within 14 days of receipt
·Maximise available hours to ensure sold hours targets are achieved
·To maintain WIP to agreed levels throughout the month
·Ensure WIP remains current and that any aged WIP can be explained
·Ensure all claims submission time frames are adhered to
·Liaise with manufacturer as required via telephone, email etc
·Maintain correct stock levels
·Ensure parts used are booked out accurately to the job
·Return parts promptly if not required
·Control & Monitor clock machine with reference to start time, breaks, finish times
 
 
Skills and Qualifications of a Service Administrator / Service Reception
 
·Excellent communication skills
·Previous experience in the role
·outstanding Customer Service skills
·Enthusiasm and is hard working
·Self-motivated and a team player
·Motor trade experience is essential
