Our client, a main dealership is seeking an experienced Service Administrator/
As a service administrator / advisor you working within a busy service department, supporting the service advisor and workshop with various administrative tasks. Your duties will mainly involve preparation of job cards / service documents for vehicles being booked into the workshop, answering incoming telephone calls and forwarding to the necessary team. You will also be processing invoices and dealing with warranty for the customer, using relevant dealership management systems.

As part of this role you will also be dealing with customers face to face, therefore previous service advisor experience within an automotive environment is preferred.

Service Administrator / Advisor Skills & Qualifications:

·Strong administrative background (ideally in the motor trade)
·Must have dealership experience as a service advisor (1 year minimum)
·Excellent level of attention to detail and conscientiousness
·Ability to multi task and prioritise own tasks as required
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Must be fully customer focused, presentable and professionally dressed
·Ability to thrive within a busy service department
·Full clean UK Driving Licence
