SENIOR SERVICE ADVISOR
 
Basic Salary - £30,000
 
Working Hours:
Flexible Hours Between 07:00 - 19:00 - Monday-Friday + Alternating Saturday Morning.
 
Location - Milton Keynes

Our client requires an experienced Commercial Vehicle Senior Service Advisor with strong communication skills set in a fast paced environment.
 
Responsibilities of a Senior Service Advisor
·Writing orders for repair work
·Monitoring the repair process and keeping all customers informed.
·Up selling after sales services
·Ensuring workshop is working to 100% productivity by scheduling customer orders
 
Skills and Qualifications of a Senior Service Advisor 
·Excellent communication skills
·Second to none Customer Service skills
·Enthusiasm and is hard working
·Self-motivated and a team player
·Previous Technical / Mechanical background would be a clear advantage
·Motor trade experience is essential
