SENIOR SERVICE ADVISOR:
Basic Salary – £24,000
OTE - £33,000
Location - Leicester

Our client, a highly reputable brand is looking for a motivated and proactive Senior Service Advisor to join their team, taking service department bookings and ensuring efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements with their best interest as your priority.

As a Senior Service Advisor you will need to be a strong performer who is able to assist managing a small team whilst hitting your own daily target. This will include meeting and greeting service customers and identifying their service requirements, along with any other opportunities for up selling products, ensuring all details are communicated through to the workshop in an efficient manner.

Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6:00pm / 1 in 3 Saturdays on Rota 8:30am - 1:00pm

Senior Service Advisor Skills & Qualifications:

·Must have dealership experience as a service advisor is essential (2 years minimum)
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Must be fully customer focused, presentable and professionally dressed
·Ability to thrive within a busy service department
