SENIOR SERVICE ADVISOR

Basic Salary - £25,000 - £30,000pa plus BONUS
Working Hours - 8:30am – 18:00pm Monday to Friday
Location - Knebworth

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor with a flexible and can-do attitude to join their close-knit, hard working team. We want someone who is always energetic and committed to offering quality customer service.

Responsibilities of a Senior Service Advisor

·Taking Service department bookings
·Attending customer requirements
·Greeting customers
·Up-selling product
·Communicating between departments with all details

Essential Skills & Qualifications for a Senior Service Advisor


·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Must be money motivated with confidence in up selling
·Must be fully customer focused, presentable and professionally dressed
·Ability to thrive within a busy service department
·Full clean UK Driving Licence
