Automotive Used Car Sales Manager required for main dealership based in Bristol

Salary & OTE – up to £45,000

Our client, a highly successful main dealership is seeking a used car sales manager for their busy, faced paced dealership based in Derry.

We are looking for a driven individual with experience of used car sales management. As a used car sales manager you will be responsible for maximising the sales and profitability of vehicles and associated products. You will also manage and train members of the sales team and support them to help drive the business forward and sell, all whilst achieving top customer satisfaction for the dealership.

Working hours: Monday – Friday 9 until 5.30pm (Two evenings of choice until 7.30pm) / Saturdays on rota

Used Car Sales Manager Skills & Qualifications:
·Minimum of 2-years’ experience as a Used Car Sales Manager
·Demonstrate a stable career path / longevity within previous roles
·Evidence of managing a team productively
·Proven track record of hitting targets / managing improvements within the sales team
·Valid UK driving licence 
·Proactive and driven to support the team
