HGV ROADSIDE TECHNICIAN DAYS

Basic Salary of £35,000- £40,000+ Plus Overtime

Shifts: Monday - Friday - Days

1 in 2 Saturdays

Location - Swindon

A proactive, consistent and efficient HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter with an attention to detail in all their work required for a Garage . As Roadside HGV Technician you will be a team player with great work ethic.

Responsibilities of a Roadside HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter 
·Vehicle inspections
·recovering large vehicles on roadside
·Correction / repair of vehicle defects
·Engine / Gearbox repairs & overhauls
·Completion of all required paperwork
·Fault diagnosis

Skills and Qualifications of a roadside Hgv technician / HGV mechanic/ HGV Fitter
·Diagnostics Experience is essential
·HGV Technician in current role or previous role is essential
·Previous Roadside assistance is desirable
·Must be conversant with current working methods, including MOT Preparation and vehicle diagnostics
·Experience of on-site inspections and attending breakdowns preferable
·Driving licence essential
·Someone who would like to do overtime would be a benefit for this role
·A flexible individual with a can do attitude
