Recovery Manager

Recovery Manager required for 24/7 vehicle recovery department within a busy accident repair centre. This is supportive role and will require someone with previous managerial experience, ideally in recovery and someone who works well in a team environment. You will be moving into a ready made role and have the opportunity to grow the business.

Responsibilities of a Recovery Manager:
·Manging a team of 4 recovery controllers
·Business development
·Organising recovery of vehicles for repair for the accident repair centre
·Transport logistics
·Customer service
·Staff rotas and holidays
·Company discipline
·Day to day running of the depot

Hours are 9 till 5 Monday to Friday. Weekends optional. You do need to be available for potential calls 24/7 in case there is an issue. Salary is £35k plus company car, plus medical and other benefits, There is an additional £5k bonus which is calculated on performance over the year.
