Location of the Plant Fitter / Agricultural Fitter / Welder Fabricator / HGV Fitter: Gloucestershire Dursley

Salary of the Plant Fitter / Agricultural Fitter / Welder Fabricator / HGV Fitter: £30,000 DOE

Working Hours of the Plant Fitter / Agricultural Fitter / Welder Fabricator / HGV Fitter: Monday - Friday 45 hour days

Motivated and Enthusiastic Plant Fitter / Agricultural Fitter / Welder Fabricator / HGV Fitter required for a successful and growing Commercial Vehicle Company in Gloucestershire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Plant Fitter / Agricultural Fitter / Welder Fabricator / HGV Fitter join a thriving workshop and be part of a forward-thinking company that looks after their employees.

The ideal person will have Plant Fitter / Agricultural Fitter experience with welding skills.

The Plant Fitter / Agricultural Fitter / Welder Fabricator / HGV Fitter role involves:

·Body Repairs
·Welding
·Fitting
·Strip/fit
·Building
·Prepping
·Efficient and conscientious worker
·Carry out re-chassis work and light fabrication work.
·Experience of MIG & ARC Welding
·Plasma cutting
·Experience working with Aluminium
·Duties to include the use of hand tools, pistol drills, riveters, welders, and Oxy - Acetylene torches.
·Alongside the above roles you will be required to get involved with other aspects of the repairs as required including general workshop duties.


Required for this Plant Fitter / Agricultural Fitter / Welder Fabricator / HGV Fitter:

·Abilities or qualification in welding MIG / ARC essential.
·Be open to Fitting, building, stripping, welding and all other mechanical and fitter tasks
·Ideally have full clean licence
·The ability to do prep work and any strip / fitting will be favourable
·Experience working on Commercial Vehicles would be a distinct advantage for this role
·Experience working in Aluminium is beneficial
·Previous experience working on Trucks, plant and agricutlural is ideal
·You must be a hard worker and be willing to fit in a team
·You should be flexible with the role and do some jobs outside of your description
