PDI VEHICLE TECHNICIAN

PDI Temporary Technician required for our automotive client in Preston

Basic Salary £13.25per hour (Umbrella) 1 month rolling contract

·Are you an experienced PDI Technician looking for a temporary contractor role?

Our client is looking for a skilled PDI Vehicle Technician to support the pre-delivery team. The work consists of carrying our pre-deliver inspections, checking and rectifying any work on new and used vehicles before delivery to the end user as well as enhancements. You will also be responsible for new and used car preparations including completing the relevant paperwork and final road test, ensuring complete customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for visually inspecting the exterior and interiors of vehicles and report all defects to factory manufacturers. The PDI Vehicle Technician will be focused with an attention to detail, whilst being skilled in multiple areas, rising to the occasion of whatever task is needed of them. The PDI Vehicle Technician requires a Level 2 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm Saturday (1 in 2) 8:30am - 12:30pm

Skills and Qualifications of a PDI Vehicle Technician

·Previous Vehicle Technician experience within the automotive industry
·Flexible approach to work and a full understanding of customer satisfaction
·Have skills in many areas – general services, basic diagnostics etc
·Good attitude and a time-conscious individual
·Full clean UK Driving Licence
