Salary of the Parts Assistant / Parts Warehouse Assistant / Parts Stores / Warehouse Assistant / Warehouse Operative – £18,00pa - £20,000pa + £2,000 Annual Bonus

Working Hours of the Parts Assistant / Parts Warehouse Assistant / Parts Stores / Warehouse Assistant / Warehouse Operative– Monday to Friday

Location of the Parts Assistant / Parts Warehouse Assistant / Parts Stores / Warehouse Assistant / Warehouse Operative – Hatfield

Our client requires an experienced Parts Assistant / Parts Warehouse Assistant / Parts Stores / Warehouse Assistant / Warehouse Operative for their successful Depot in Hatfield.

As a Parts Assistant / Parts Warehouse Assistant / Parts Stores / Warehouse Assistant / Warehouse Operative you will be support the Customer requirements both internal and external.

Responsibilities of a Parts Assistant / Parts Warehouse Assistant / Parts Stores / Warehouse Assistant / Warehouse Operative:

·Receive all parts orders, interpreting customer requirements and giving advice on any additional requirements or prices
·Matching orders against stock items and advising customer of any items which are not stocked or need ordering
·Locate unavailable items from other suppliers and arrange for delivery or pass order to stock control.
·To make up customer orders for despatch as required ensuring that they match customer order and that any shortages are highlighted
·To ensuring that all orders taken are fully completed, invoiced and despatched as scheduled

Skills and Qualifications of a Parts Assistant / Parts Warehouse Assistant / Parts Stores / Warehouse Assistant / Warehouse Operative:

·Experience in a parts manufacturer or parts stores preferred.
·Excellent customer service skills.
·Professional appearance and work ethic.
·Ability to work well in a process driven environment
·Valid Full driver license
