TELESALES PARTS ADVISOR
Basic Salary - Up too £28,500
OTE - £31,500 +
Working Hours - 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday & Saturdays 8.30am - 12.30pm (1 in 2)  
Location - Northampton
 
My client is seeking an experienced Telesales Parts Advisor to join their team. Ideally you will have experience within the automotive industry and have great working attitude. As a Telesales Parts Advisor you will need to be target driven, comfortable selling with quality customer service skills.
 
Responsibilities of a Telesales Parts Advisor
·Working in a call centre environment
·Identifying Parts for customers  
·Dealing with a high volume of calls in the department.
·Making upsells to customers 

Skills and Qualifications of a Telesales Parts Advisor
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Attention to detail and accurate record keeping
·Strong customer service skills
·Confident in sales
