Parts Supervisor

PARTS SUPERVISOR
Basic Salary: Up to £30,000 + OTE £33,000
Location: Bath
 
A main dealership is seeking an experienced Parts Supervisor to join their team. Ideally you will have experience within the automotive industry and have great working attitude. As Parts Supervisor you will need to be target driven, comfortable selling with quality customer service skills.
 
Responsibilities of a Parts Supervisor
 
·Ensuring the parts stock room is well maintained and stock levels managed
·Maximising profitability and efficiency of the Parts department
·Co-ordinating with other business areas to achieve a better customer experience
·Work with the manufacturers, colleagues, and customers to be their first contact regarding any parts related queries
 

Skills and Qualifications of a Parts Supervisor
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Experience as a team leader/manager/supervisor
·Strong customer service skills
·Confident in sales
·Experiance controlling team KPI's & budgets
